Luna Montana is a multifaceted influencer with the dream closet that every Pinterest fanatic would die for. At just 19-years-old Luna is a ballerina, YouTube star, Instagram influencer, and everyone’s favorite account for quick outfit inspo. Starting her channel as a ballerina with videos covering topics like body image, self confidence, and day in the life videos, she has now transitioned into more lifestyle and fashion-based content that inspires young men and women daily.

Luna’s week of fashionable fits reflects her changing day-to-day lifestyle as an influential teen in Southern California. With different activities like hanging out with family, beach trips with her friends, and thrifting adventures this is what Luna Montana wears in a week!

Luna Montana guides us through a week full of fashion with Sheesh Magazine.

Monday

Luna Montana started the week off funky and fresh with a lime green romper from  Depop  and the white go-go boots she’s been living in as of late! The pair are an Amazon find, which Luna describes as something “everyone needs in their closet.” Due to quarantine Luna has spent many days dressing up for photos alone, and Monday was one of those days! Luna took a walk around her neighborhood with her brother Max to get some fire content for us all on this chill afternoon.

Tuesday

On Tuesday Luna wore a vintage Ralph Lauren sweater, Brandy Melville black tennis skirt, her favorite splurge-worthy jacket from Barneys, and another fabulous pair of platforms for a schoolgirl chic look. Tennis skirts have been her favorite trend, especially when driving around for photos and coffee with her friends in downtown Los Angeles, which is what her Tuesday consisted of.

Where do you get your style inspiration? Are there any celebrities or influencers you like to follow the most for their clothing choices?

Luna Montana: There are so many right now that I love to follow, especially because of TikTok. I always just see random girls on my FYP, then end up following them because of their style. On Instagram, Devon Lee Carlson will always be my forever favorite style icon, she’s always the first person to come to mind. Other than her I really love Avrey Ovard’s style, Eva Meloche, and Renee Bellerive are all my main go-tos when I need some style inspiration. And Pinterest too! I feel like I’m constantly on Pinterest just scrolling for hours to find good inspo.

Wednesday

Wednesday was all about being comfortable and cute while going Downtown to run errands. Huge sweatshirts are the trend to beat right now, and Luna perfectly encapsulates that while wearing a Von Dutch zip up with her favorite Revice Denim baggy cargo jeans. Luna talked about how she recently has been experimenting with shape, wearing oversized everything all the time, which is rooted in inspiration from Billie Eilish. Also, let’s face it we all just crave comfort in 2020.

Thursday

Heavily inspired by the one and only Emma Chamberlain, Luna got the day off and spent it driving down the California coast with her closest friends! Stopping for a golden hour photo, Luna wears LuluLemon flared yoga pants, a vintage Von Dutch crewneck, big black platform boots (which she states you can pretty much always find her in), dazzling YSL sunnies, and a thrifted pink polo to top it all off!

What are some of your favorite places to shop?

Luna Montana: I would say Depop is for sure my number one shopping spot, thrifting as well. Places like Savers, Goodwill, etc., I always manage to find really good pieces there. Not only is it a really fun activity, but it’s also just cool to have clothing that no one else may have. I am trying to not support fast fashion as much but if I really need to then places like Urban Outfitters and IAMGIA are always my first stops.

Friday

Thank goodness it’s Friday! To kick off the start to a great weekend, Luna dressed comfortably to go thrifting for a maximum range of movement during this important mission. Stealing her brother’s oversized tee, which I’m sure everyone out there with a brother can relate to, Luna paired this classic baseball tee with her favorite Revice Denim cargos once again. Oh and can’t forget the classic Doc Martens every fashionable girl needs!

Saturday

Aren’t we all suckers for a good baby tee? Luna pairs her favorite 90s inspired Dior baby tee with IAMGIA pants that fit her perfectly, and the pink Prada mini she’s been dying over lately. To finish off the look, Luna threw on a Princess Polly long sleeve and her Silver Linings pearl necklace!

Sunday

Spending the Sunday pretty in pink, Luna got Alfred’s Tea with her friends in Los Angeles and took some photos. Sporting a Balenciaga sweater, Princess Polly mini skirt, and Prada loafers, Luna is what we all wish we looked like on a chill Sunday afternoon.

Do you have any advice for our readers in regards to how to be comfortable experimenting with their personal style?

Luna Montana: It’s sort of odd because I grew up in Los Angeles, so everyone here dresses however they want all the time and that is very normalized to me. I have heard so many stories of my friends going off to college and then feeling crazy for wearing the simplest outfits in their new small towns. At the end of the day, if no one else is doing it why wouldn’t you want to be the trendsetter? If everyone is staring at you hey! you could be creating a whole new style. I would say just go for it, because why not be the one to start something new, or even just do it for yourself because it makes you feel good. Fashion is so subjective and they’re so many ways to express yourself through it, so just go for anything that makes you feel the most comfortable!
