However, each and every person has a different body type, mind, metabolism and budget. Therefore it is important to find voices within the community who encourage diverse habits and intuitive eating – and thankfully, there are some. 

The following health and wellness queens all eat differently and inspire others in their own way. The remarkable thing about all these women is they emphasize to their followers that they are all on different journeys with their bodies, therefore they must learn to fuel and treat themselves properly.

Her interest in health was spurred by lifelong struggles with digestive issues. Ri has come a long way since then and learned to heal her body through a vegan diet.
