At 17-years-old, BB is handcrafting these plushy pieces all by herself, which are made to order—both ethically and sustainably. Using faux fur and fair trade, BB ensures that no animals were harmed in the making of her fur bags. And each pattern is funky and unique, so you can show a bit of your wild side in the unreleased cheetah school bag (BB’s personal favorite), or you can play it cool in a pink pastel satchel. Born and raised in Virginia, BB coins a small-town vibe with a big city dreamscape. Crafting creative concoctions in her notebook in high school, she was able to turn her dreams into realities and her sketches into samples. BB began by presenting the idea of making these adorable purses to an interest post on Depop. To her surprise, the crowd went crazy over the chance to sport a custom faux fur tote. So, the young designer got down to business, making sure each bag was made with love and will last a lifetime. No matter how strenuous the production process becomes, BB takes a look at Instagram and rests assured that her bags are slung proudly over the shoulder of guys, gals, and great people all over the world. And for her, this is only the beginning.
